Due to the blockade of the roads leading to the Amulsar gold mine over the past two years, Lydian company and contractors have been forced to cut more than 1,400 jobs, including in communities near Amulsar; Lydian Armenia informed about this in a statement.
The company added that it plans to start a job reinstatement process within the framework of the law.
And as the first respective step, the company announces a reassessment of its personnel base in the communities nearby Amulsar, and taking into account the emigration and outflow of staff in recent years.
