Speaking about the ongoing post-election turmoil in Belarus, [reelected President Aleksandr] Lukashenko, in fact, indirectly revealed also the realities of the 2008 (unsuccessful) and 2018 Armenian change of power (according to some, a "revolution"); the technological similarities are too many. Artak Zakaryan, former Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia, noted this in a Facebook post.
"It is interesting. Will the West forgive [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan for congratulating Lukashenko [on his reelection]? The characters ‘embodying’ them in Armenia no longer hide [their] dissatisfaction.
I believe that under the pressure of the facts being exposed, historians will come to the conclusion in the future that in April 2018, a foreign political sabotage—what has not been achieved in Belarus yet—took place towards Armenia," Zakaryan added.
