RF FM HOPES FOR OSCE MG MEDIATORS’ INTERMEDIARY ROLE IN KARABAKH
SETTLEMENT

Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov hopes that
the OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairs’ intermediary role will help reach
accords in the Karabakh conflict, RF FM told journalists on the
outcomes of his meeting with RA FM Vardan Oskanyan, RIA Novosti
reports.
According to the Russian Minister, the OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairs
(Russia, the U.S. and France) are constantly elaborating proposals
that can be submitted for the parties’ consideration to make it
easier for the sides to continue the settlement process. `On obvious
reasons we do not go into detail, it is not our, but the parties’
property. However, I believe the Co-Chairs’ intermediary role will
help the conflict parties come to an agreement’, noted Sergey Lavrov.
RF FM believes `it is the key for the future settlement’.
