The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed on Friday a decree on the winter conscription and demobilization of servicemen for 2022.
According to the document, the conscription will run from January to February 2022. The conscription applies to Artsakh male citizens who turn 18 years old until December 31, 2021 inclusive, as well as to those whose draft deferment ends by the end of December.
