Referring to the speech of Nikol Pashinyan on April 14 in the National Assembly, Tatoyan stressed: "The head of government noted that, "if we go the other way, we will surrender Karabakh, the incidents of Parukh are a good example, piece by piece.". It is obvious that this was done in order to soften the discontent of the society and justify the invasion of the Azerbaijanis in Parukh".
The former Ombudsman said that what happened in Khramort and Parukh is the result of the destructive political idea put forward by the Prime Minister about the "equal withdrawal of troops". In his opinion, this speech by Nikol Pashinyan is an attempt to mislead the public, to hide the catastrophic consequences of his approach to the equal withdrawal of troops and to prevent the dissatisfaction of citizens in the event of such possible developments in the future.
