ARMENIA-DIASPORA ECONOMIC FORUM THIS FALL

The second Armenia-Diaspora Economic Forum will take place in Yerevan
on September 20, announced Tigran Davtyan, Deputy Minister of Trade
and Economic Development, on June 1.

“The Armenia-Diaspora Economic Forum will be devoted to the 15th
anniversary of independence of Armenia. The Ministry of Trade and
Economic Development anticipates 500-1000 businessmen to take part
in the forum,” said Tigran Davtyan. It is suggested that all the
businessmen and international organizations, interested in the
development and prosperity of Armenia, will attend the forum. The
forum is held on alternative means, it is not funded from the state
budget. This time participation fee will be cut from 100 to 50 euros.

The first forum was held in 2003, the number of participants was 1000.
