KOCHARIAN-ALIYEV MEETING NOT FIXED YET

The last meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs in Paris to
schedule the next Kocharian-Aliyev meeting in fact did not yield
any agreement. As was officially reported, the sides will come to
terms over the next Kocharian-Aliyev meeting when there are necessary
conditions for that. Yet, both Armenian and Azeri sides have announced
that they agreed on continuing negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh
regulation.
