AZERBAIJANI ARMY SERVICEMAN SURRENDERS HIMSELF TO CAPTIVITY IN IJEVAN

IJEVAN, DECEMBER 25, NOYAN TAPAN. On December 24, at about 14:10,
private soldier of Azerbaijani armed forces, 19-year-old Samid Mamedov
approached one of strong points of Ijevan military unit without arms
and ammunition and surrendered himself to captivity. As NT was informed
from RA Defence Ministry Press Service, he explained his action by
the circumstance of periodically being mocked and beaten by officers.
