VARTAN OSKANIAN STANDS FOR FRANCHISE FOR DUAL CITIZENS

Dual citizens should have all the rights and responsibilities the
common citizens have. At today’s press conference RA Foreign Minister
Vartan Oskanian spoke for the dual citizen’s right to vote.
"By granting dual citizenship, we should not create new categories. We
must not give advantages or restrict the opportunities of anyone. An
equal field should be created for everyone in the framework of laws
and Constitution in regard to rights and responsibilities," said
Vartan Oskanian.
