YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. The employees of the Department
for Compulsory Implementation of Judicial Acts temporarily opened on
early February 27 the door of the former office of the "Zharangutiun"
(Heritage) party in the building of the H.Paronian Music Comedy
Theater and allowed to take out the goods (furniture, documents,
photos) belonging to the party. As attorney Zaruhi Postanjian informed
the Noyan Tapan correspondent, June 26, 2006 decision of the Court
of First Instance was implemented in this way. In "Zharangutiun"
leader Raffi Hovannisian’s words, the Armenian Center for National
and International Studies functioned in 1994-2002 in the mentioned
office which was used with principles of lease. The office was given
to the "Zharangutiun" party for gratuitous usage starting from 2003,
and they were moved from that territory in March, 2006 "because of
illegal lease of the territory." In R.Hovannisian’s words, unknown
people entered the office at night of March 8 of the same year and
took some information from computers.

As the "Zharangutiun" leader mentioned "that crime has been slured
over by RA ruling structures by now." R.Hovannisian stated that the
party will move to a new office on the Moskovian street.
