Hrant Dink Murder

RESOLUTION ON HRANT DINK’S MURDER TO BE VOTED IN SENATE ON MARCH 28

On March 28 the Resolution on the Murder of Hrant Dink is to be voted
at the Foreign Relations Commission of the US Senate. Democrat Senator
Joe Baden, author of the resolution, also demands Turkey to abolish
the Law 301 and establish diplomatic and economical relations with
Armenia.

As it is known, the voting was previously appointed on March 7, but
was postponed due to the expression "Armenian Genocide", present in
the text of the Resolution. In connection with this CNN-Turk says that
the President Bush’s board is trying to remove the expression from the
text and the Armenian lobby is trying to preserve it by all means.
