CHURCH leaders in Wales will host its first delegation of church
leaders from Syria this week.
Seven of the most important Christian leaders in Syria will spend
eight days here as part of an inter-church initiative to forge links
between the two countries.
During the visit, the delegation, which includes bishops from
the Syrian Orthodox church and the Armenian Evangelical church,
will tour the nation, meeting representatives from Welsh churches,
politics and the arts.
