YEREVAN, MAY 15, NOYAN TAPAN. On May 15 the Armenian prime minister
Serge Sargsian introduced Lieutenant General Seyran Ohanian – the
newly appointed head of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, first
deputy minister of defence of the RA – to the top officer corps of the
RA Armed Foces. NT was informed about it from the RA defence ministry.
