NKR PRESIDENT VISITED MINISTRY OF DEFENSE

On May 14 NKR President Arkady Ghukasian visited the ministry
of defense to introduce the newly-appointed NKR minister of
defense and chief of the general staff to the command of the armed
force. Addressing the leadership of the ministry and the command of
the Defense Army, Arkady Ghukasian thanked Lieutenant General Seiran
Ohanian, underlining his great contribution to the creation of the
army. The president congratulated and wished success to Major General
Movses Hakobian who was appointed minister of defense and Major General
Leova Mnatsakanyan, who was appointed chief of the general staff,
underlining that they will perform their duties duly and carry on
the traditions of the army.
