Today the Nagorno-Karabagh Republic President Arkady Ghoukassian met
with Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
Pargev Martirosian.

According to the information DE FACTO received at the NKR President’s
Press Office, in the course of the talk the interlocutors had
considered the issues referring to cooperation between the state
and church.
