The problem of Azerbaijani forced migrants and that of the Armenian
refugees is not an even issue and their solution cannot depend on
each other, deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov told
journalists, the Day.az reports.

"The Azerbaijanis, forced migrants, left their houses as a result
of Armenian occupation, while we did not occupy the territory of
Armenia. The problems of forced migrants should be resolved by their
return to homes.

There may be no other version", A. Azimov said. He also said that the
issues of Azerbaijani refugees from Armenia and the Armenian refugees
from Azerbaijan are equal categories: "This issue must be resolved
between Azerbaijan and Armenia. However, this is a matter of future
and it is yet not discussed", A. Azimov said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
