"I hope by September they will overcome their complexes and will take
part in the fall session of the National Assembly," Tigran Torosyan,
newly elected chairman of National Assembly, said speaking about the
absence of two opposition parties, Zharangutiun and Orinats Yerkir,
in the parliament session today.

Torosyan recalled the experience of the opposition in the last
parliament. He said they followed the practice of boycott and
consequently are not represented in this parliament. "It shows our
society’s attitude to such practices. Our colleagues must take that
into consideration," Torosyan said. The chairman rhetorically asked,
"Who are they upset with?"
