ARMENIA 80TH IN FIFA RATING LIST

Armenia advanced 48 positions in the FIFA rating list, climbing
to 80th position. Its progress was associated with two subsequent
victories of the Armenian national football team in the Euro-2008
qualification matches with the teams of Kazakhstan and Poland.
Azerbaijan lost 6 positions and it currently 109th in the list. Georgia
lost 5 positions and currently occupies the 97th position. Italy,
France and Brazil are leading in the new rating list.
The leaders of the previous FIFA list were Italy, Brazil and Argentina.
Armenia was 128th.
