RECONSTRUCTED MONUMENT DEDICATED TO ARMENIAN-FRENCH FRIENDSHIP INAUGURATED IN CHAVILLE, FRANCE

A reconstructed monument dedicated to Armenian-French friendship was
inaugurated in Chaville, France.
The press-service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry told ArmInfo
that the inauguration took place on June 24. The festive ceremony
was attended by Armenian Ambassador to France Edvard Nalbandyan,
Mayor of Chaville Jean Levain and other guests. The monument was set
in 2002, however, perpetrators broke it in December 2006 and stole
the bronze parts.
