EMERGENCY ON THE HILIS RIVER

On June 24 at 9 PM, an emergency occurred on the Hilis River. The
press service of the NKR Department of Emergencies reported that
the water rose and flooded everything. The village of Noragyugh
was destroyed. One person died, Samvel Musayelyan from Noragyugh
born in 1947. The transmission lines and gas pipes were damaged,
there is no drinking water, the orchards and vegetable gardens were
damaged. Karavan LTD was damaged heavily, which is in the village
of Ivanyan.
The cause of the accident is not known. Investigation is underway.
