The inquest of the case on the shooting in Teryan and Ghukasyan
crossroad in town Giumry of Shirak region is under way.
On July 9 nephew of the major of Giumry Vardan Ghukasyan, Giumry
aldermen Kolia Ghukasyan was arrested. The latter has been under
investigation beginning from May 29, accused of the participation in
the shooting.
The inquest allowed to find out that Giumry alderman Kolia Ghukasyan
has also participated in the shooting, in "Hammer – H – 2" car together
with Spartak Ghukasyan.
Due to the measures taken by inquest authorities another participant
in the shooting Telman Haykaz Karapetyan has been found and
arrested. Another three individuals are still under investigation. The
son of the major Spartak Ghukasyan and Rustam Sargsyan are among
these individuals.
