 19:28,

YEREVAN, APRIL 23, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan received French Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne on April 23. French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte was also present at the meeting.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the Office of the Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan noted that this is the 3rd visit of the French Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to Armenia in the last five months and Armenia highly appreciates President Macron's resolve and persistent steps to stand with the Armenian people at the difficult period. PM Pashinyan emphasized that visit of the French delegation to Armenia on the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide is the evidence of the firm friendly relations between Armenia and France, which is based on historical, cultural and political ties and values. ''France had and now has a key role in the process of international recognition of the Armenian Genocide. January this year marked the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the law on the recognition of the Armenian Genocide by France.  A very important milestone was the commemoration of April 24 as the Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day in the French state calendar at an official level, initiated by President Emanuel Macron. The Armenian people are grateful to friendly France for solidarity'', the PM said.

Thanking for the warm words, Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne said that it's an honor for him to stand with Armenia and the Armenian people tomorrow, on April 24 as the special representative of the French President and participate in the commemoration events. The Secretary of State informed that commemoration events will be held in France as well.

The Armenian PM and the French Secretary of State exchanged views on the situation resulted by the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, the efforts aimed at the NK conflict settlement and unblocking regional communications.

PM Pashinyan mentioned preservation of the regional stability, the return of the Armenian POWs kept in Azerbaijan and the resumption of the negotiation process in the sidelines of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs' format as priorities. According to Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijan continues its overt aggressive anti-Armenian rhetoric and makes claims towards Armenia's internationally recognized territories. The PM said that the opening of the so-called ''trophy park'' in Baku is condemnable and emphasized that this policy of hatred of Armenians is the greatest ground for applying ''remedial cessation'' principle for Artsakh.

At the request of the French Secretary of State Pm Pashinyan also referred to the upcoming early parliamentary elections in Armenia and the constitutional procedures. Pashinyan emphasized that preserving the democratic quality of the elections is the priority issue, adding that during the post-war crisis period Armenia was able to preserve the democratic nature of the developments.

The interlocutors also discussed bilateral economic issues and the implementation process of the previous agreements.

PM Pashinyan asked Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne to convey to President Macron the invitation to pay a visit to Armenia at a time convenient for him.

Drones, Drain, Clowns, Clone

Deranged uncultured, dirty toenails, praying five times a day

Pious pretenders, underpaid armed mercenaries, MIT son-in-law flunkies

Red blood flagbearer, dripping prophets, stolen tech, bombs guided drones

Threats, drains, warfront profiteers, high above the sky, propped, dropped

Bayrakdar drones killed 5000 of my countrymen in cold blood, Israel cheered on

Georgia welcomed caravans of arms, Turkish convoys on the run, cooking skin alive

Azeri war chants, frothing animals killing from the sky, surgically laughing at their crimes

Turkish guidance, clowns cloning disdain, exported, never expunged, multiplying like flies.

Countries mounted on dead horses stuffed, fellating spicy scimitars

Magical jingoism, jailed journalists, propaganda bought by the pound

Petrodollars syphoned coffers, dictators ruling golden toilet style

Nude dancers, lacerated masses, Kurds, Syrians, Artsakh, free Artsakh!

Millions of souls have been disturbed by ambitions to rule and destroy

Millions more will die before revenge is final, their downfall forsworn

Millions of Arabs will rise, will topple Turkish allegiances spat upon

Duplicitous, two faced, fezed facetiousness, good for nothing barrenness.

Let this pestilence leave this earth, cleave their destiny, Armenians to thrive once more.

Aliyev propagating hatred and enmity towards Armenians – Ombudsman

Public Radio of Armenia

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev is carrying out a state policy of a propaganda of hatred and enmity, racism and fascism towards the population of Armenia and Artsakh and the Armenian people., Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said in a statement.

He cited some of Aliyev’s remarks, which emphasize that ordinary people living in Armenia and Artsakh, as well as all Armenian people have psychological disorders, are full of poison, are incomprehensible, savage, arrogant, have no morality, etc.

Excerpts from the April 13th speech:

“(…) They (meaning Armenians) need good doctors. I have said many times that they were poisoned. This poison mainly comes from their Diaspora, which enjoys life in very quiet, beautiful places in the south of France, in California, in the Krasnodar region, and in other capitals. They want the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia to be their hostage, their tool, so that they can engage in sharp, chauvinistic ideas. Armenian society (…) lives under the Iron Curtain and under the influence of these poisonous ideas. We are ready to support them in this matter.”

“(…) it has to do with their psychology again. They think the whole world owes them. That psychology has put them in the current humiliating state, but they still think they need help. (…) They do not realize that the problem is in them. The biggest danger in Armenia is their psychology. This needs to change. Maybe it will be a turning point for them to understand what a difficult lesson we have taught them.”

“It simply came to our notice then. They were brought up as if they were the greatest nation in the world, they deserve full support, everyone owes them, no one knows why. They used fake stories to gain personal and corporate benefits. Now everyone understands that their army does not exist, they have 10,000 deserters, 10,000, ‘Invincible Army.’ Their whole perception has changed. You are absolutely right, it is a mutilation, a psychological mutilation.”

The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia draws the attention of international organizations, especially those with a mandate to protect human rights, to the policy pursued by the President of Azerbaijan.

According to him, It is obvious that he is carrying out a state policy of a propaganda of hatred and enmity, racism and fascism towards the population of Armenia and Artsakh and the Armenian people.

“It is these speeches and policies that are the cause of the barbarities and atrocities, and the driving force of the tortures by Azerbaijanis. They are a threat to peace and solidarity in the region, undermining the internationally established foundations of the human rights system,” Tatoyan said.

“Contrary to the above-mentioned speeches, the authorities of the Republic of Armenia have never pursued a state policy of hatred or enmity towards the people of Azerbaijan and ordinary people living in Azerbaijan,” he noted.

On April 13, the President of Azerbaijan delivered a speech entitled “A New Look at the South Caucasus. Development and Cooperation after the Conflict.” The event was held at ADA University (University of the Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan, Baku).

Turkish press: Azerbaijan sends 27 wounded soldiers to Turkey for treatment

Atotal of 27 Azerbaijani veterans injured during last year's conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia will be transferred to Turkey for treatment, an Azerbaijani foundation said on Monday.

In a statement, the Yashat Foundation, established to support wounded soldiers and the families of those killed in action, said that the treatment and rehabilitation process of 27 soldiers will continue in Turkey after taking into account the opinions of Azerbaijani doctors.

The Yashat Foundation will continue to send soldiers suffering from serious injuries abroad for treatment if need be, the statement added.

It had previously sent 24 soldiers to Turkey for treatment.

Azerbaijan and Armenia fought for six weeks over Nagorno-Karabakh last year after new clashes erupted on Sept. 27. The Armenian army launched attacks on civilians and Azerbaijani forces and violated several humanitarian cease-fire agreements.

During the conflict, Azerbaijan liberated several cities and nearly 300 settlements and villages from the Armenian occupation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The two countries signed a Russian-brokered agreement on Nov. 10 to end fighting and work towards a comprehensive resolution.
